Our reception which is opened 24 hours a day ensures a wide range of services: a safe for the custody of valuable things, an exchange office, fax, lease of training tools, copy making, e-mail, internet and a small souvenir shop. Further there is the iron with ironing board, party games, first-aid equipment with basic medicaments available. By request of the guest the receptionists will readily arrange any demanded service. Credit cards are also accepted like VISA, American Express, JCB, Eurocard Mastercard, CS, Maestro. Other service is the washing and cleaning of personal laundry, post dispatch, taxi, car renting at a car hire office, barber´s shop and hairdresser´s, etc. We do not forget the dog friends, their darlings are allowed in our hotel. The public transport is close to the hotel.
