Also the near surroundings of our town, which is lying on a confluent of four rivers, offer different kinds of recreation. One can visit the westbohemian spas (Karlsbad, Marienbad and Franzensbad), in the opposite direction there is the National Park Sumava, the castle Kozel, the ruin Radyne, the cloister Plasy and in the summer the waterdam Hracholusky including a boatride. Also the capital Prague – the heart of Europe – can be reached very quickly now thanks to the motorway. In the south of Bohemia there is also a very interesting sightseeing of the castles Hluboká, Orlík and Zvíkov.
